How to add youtube videos on our forum is easy you will see the Video icons video.png

Supported videos include:

YouTube HD video settings, if you want to upload your own videos then post them here in HD.

These settings are recommended by YouTube HD

•H.264, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 format

•1280x720 resolution

•44.1KHz Stereo MP3 or AAC audio

•Frame rate as the original video

•Aspect ratio Square Pixels

•Up to 1GB file size and 10 min. duration

Here are some other setting you can try out to get crystal clear video uploads to youtube

Export in FLV format out of adobe media encoder. and use these dimensions 425x318
when you go direct to FLV in that exact size, then youtube doesnt have to respample, just compresses the data rate.

also, use 192kbps or 128kbps mp3 audio quality
