Confirmed Lineup! (in no particular order)

Meta (http://www.myspace.com/metagbmusic)

After his recent 4-track EP on Hand Baked Records named 'End Game' there has been a lot of love for this artists 8-bit melodies, lush soundscapes and bouncing dub bass. All his sounds are created on a Nintendo DS and original Nintendo Gameboy (DMG). Post production is catered for via his laptop which helps to create his beautifully unique sound.

Mattykore (http://www.myspace.com/mattycore23)

Another aritst who has recently released a 4-track on Hand Baked is this DJ/Producer from Bristol. Well known as part of the Life4Land and DMT free party soundsystems he has been seen playing all over europe. His unique take on Hardtek brings in massive ragga influences as well as dnb, gabber and broken beat. Expect to see a lot of heads in bass bins..

E:LF (http://www.electriclifeform.co.uk)

The founder of Hand Baked has returned to a hardware based live set-up. It consists of a Commodore 64, Atari 2600, Nintendo Gameboy (DMG) + FX processors. Expect to see some crazy live electronics taking in aspects of techno, dnb, jungle and industrial with all sounds heard coming from the kit list above. Yes, that includes the amens!

Hyper Black Bass (http://www.myspace.com/hyperblackbass)

These 2 guys will get you grindin' with their back to back Nintendo Gameboy skills. Throw in some ragga accapellas and you have a lo-fi dancehall on fire! Deadboy is one part of this act so expect to hear influences from 2-step, dub, dancehall and soca, but obviously all in an 8-bit style.

Jakub23 (http://www.myspace.com/jakub23uk)

Another well known name from the free party scene as well as his recent releases on Sustained Records. His recent audio regurgitations have been labelled Core & Bass and to be honest I can't think of a better discription! Taking aspects of dnb, techno, gabber, industrial and breakcore this filty mutilation will most certainly get you jumping.

Scheme Boy (http://www.myspace.com/schemeboy)

A good friend of Hand Baked and seen recently helping out at a whole host of Arcade events. This one man, sonic attack force has had vinyl releases out on the likes of Peace Off, Ninja Columbo and Sustained Records to name a few. Rarely seen play in London, but always on the european circuit, get ready for some hard-edged (yet melodic) hardcore. Don't just expect a 4/4 though, micro edits as well as major drops and monster basses will ensure your ears are fully entertained.

Randomoidz (http://www.myspace.com/randomoidz)

One DJ/producer who you really can not pigeonhole. With releases on Ninja Columbo, Bad Sekta, Wrong Music and many more he can read the crowd like a book, and play the best tune from his huge library of records. Squelchy bass to jump up ska and back to hard-techno, don't ask questions just appreciate this mans awesome knowledge of music.

Gw3m (http://www.myspace.com/gw3m)

With a kit list consisting of an 2x Atari ST's you will be hearing an energetic rave set that you would never have thought was possible from these ancient computers. Up-tempo smashers are guaranteed. Low-resolution beats and bass will be served up, get ready for a blast-through to the secret, underground, bonus level.

Der Warst (http://www.vimeo.com/derwarst/videos)

This electronics wizard is little-known outside of the 8-bit communities and limited knowledge of this artist even there. Once you have seen what this guy has to offer you will be scratching your heads and peeling yourself from the walls of this psychedelic entrapment. He uses 2x highly circuit bent Super Nintendo’s combined with a circuit bent video mixer for live visuals alongside a Nintendo Gameboy and modified Dingoo handheld console for audio. All the equipment he is using has been personally modified and this A/V lo-fi trip is sure to take you into higher realms of your inner circuitry. Not to be missed!
