Afterdark is a collective of ground-breaking DJs and producers who have been taking the Dubstep scene by storm over the last five years. Founding members Itchy Robot, Phazeman and Skeeze have enjoyed huge success hosting their weekly Sub FM radio show. Going from strength to strength, the show smashed the station’s Listener and Chat Room records and the numbers continue to rise every week. Not content with their collective success, Afterdark also aren’t afraid to showcase their individual talents.
Most famous for his legendry dance floor killers ‘Big Up And Burn Her’ and ‘Raw’, producer Itchy Robot’s sound has taken him all over the world, having a sell-out tour of California.
His renowned big-impact jump-up style has torn up packed dancefloors all over the world, including Bass Bash in Finland, Innovation in the Dam, Bombadum in LA and the UK’s own SuperDrubpressure and Mungos Hifi to name but a few.
With a huge European following and signings to a massive 20 record labels (including Afterdark Dubs, 10 Bag, 3.5, Boka Juniors, XS Records, Scrubadub and Badman Press) 2011 looks set to become The Year of the Robot!! Wait for the filth to come trust!
Phazeman boasts releases on Boka Juniors, 3.5 Records & Urban Graffiti with successful collaborations with Itchy Robot & Dicey leading to the groups first record signing. Phazeman has also collaborated with South Bound Hangers creating the anthem Follow Me. Having DJ’d with Afterdark all over Europe, he can currently be found working on fresh new beats in his studio and under a brand new alias ‘Terrorbyte’ with fellow Afterdark member Dicey. Watch this space! Original crew member DJ Skeeze has also been instrumental in Afterdark’s success on Sub FM. He started the show with Itchy Robot some five years ago and has since torn up dance floors all across the UK with his trade mark style. Co-members Toxin and Dicey continue to create musical masterpieces and have been busy working on projects in their respective studios.
Afterdark pride themselves on breaking the mould and discovering raw talent – household names such as Tes La Rok, FuntCase and Southbound Hangers to name but a few. Their hectic production and gigging schedule in 2010 with shows in Europe, New Zealand and The States, only goes to show that these guys are locked in and here to stay

In 2009 Crunch came 2nd in the UK Final of the IDA Battle (international DJ Academy) with his infamous Dubstep routine. Since then Crunch has had a lot of attention via the internet for creating Dubstep mashups, using hiphop acapellas, and incorporating scratches
and beat juggling into Dubstep sets.
Captain Crunch is now on the well known Drum and Bass/Dubstep agency Maximum Boost, famed by Circus Records as well as being sponsored by Dephect Clothing. This has lead to playing All over the globe at some of the biggest nights and festivals including Outlook Festival (Croatia), Subfest (Isreal), Glastonbury Festival and The Big Chill.
Captain Crunch has played with some of the biggest names in Dubstep & DnB, such as Foreign Beggars, Bar9, Doctor P, Barenoize, 16bit, Andy C, Plastician and many more.
With future shows across Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Guernsey, and back in Croatia and Israel, as well as some of the major UK festivals expect to be seeing a lot of Captain Crunch!
