i would love to get into production, have lots of ideas for songs whats the easyiest and cheapest way to get started, just a thought
thanks
cheers for the links i did get fruity loops to try as its free im just playing around with it atm, cubase looks scary though
If you want to go pro you will also need a powerful pc or mac i use a pc pentium quad core emu pro soundcard 4gb ram 4 160 gig sata drives stick with windows 2000 or xp vista still buggy most new pcs will be ok to start but be prepared to upgrade alot. fruityloops should be cool to begin with or give reason a try after that then Cubase or Logic
Ez !
To have a good start , cubase ( or nuendo) is not the most simple i think.... I wouls advise audition (adobe ) because of its possibilities and it's easy to handle... there are 3 windows in the same soft , 1- sequencing 2-Editing 3-burning....The pdf is clear and plugs are quiet easy to handle too...
I could advise samplitude too , but it's like logic or cubase, not for rookies ! lol
That's my job ( music techs ) so if you have questions , feel free to ask...
Peace
