Black ops freezes

Another issue for black ops freezing "crashing" almost every game this really started happening after doing the new 1.04 update started playing and the first game was fine second game freeze and so on so i removed all the black ops files in the data utility and restarted game got the new update but the problem continues i was starting to think my ps3 was on its way out so i decided to play medal of honour it worked perfectly not a single glitch ps3 is working OK so the only thing to blame is the black ops game new update patch causes the ps3 to crash "freeze"
